Never has popular size shipping boxes in stock so its a waste of time driving here and no place to park so whats the point of even trying!
Have had storage here for quite a few years. Blake, Michaela and staff have been great. My only complaint is the climate control units. Many times that I have been there they are not set at 78° like they are supposed to and I had mold issues on my furniture etc in my unit. The A/C issue was finally resolved. Now as of this morning, 17 units we're broken into at 12:30 a.m. this property is gated, has cameras, and locks were cut on the units. The company put on new locks for us and addressed the gate issue. This is so upsettin... read more
Terrible experience from truck breaking down and how everything was handled. Tried explaining themselves for their mistakes later and just would not go there again. accusations made against me and that’s just how they operate.
