Horrible experience! I called last week for help with a simple appeal. I was told that the price was $1,000 for a consultation, and that the amount would then be applied to the case fee, which could then be made over payments. I agreed and then called back 2 days later and was put on hold for some time before being met by a rude women who refused to identify herself. I referred a colleague to Eisner Gorin LLP, hoping they would assist him with his appeal. Instead, I listened to them over the speakerphone disrespect him and try to overcharge him. I suspect this is because of his nationality. Extremely disappointed that this is still happening in 2024.
Dmitry was amazing. He returns my calls (my previous lawyer had difficulty with that) and he answers all my questions. I’m super happy with Dmitry and his entire team. I totally recommend him.
