I hardly ever write reviews but I feel I have to give credit where credit is due. First off, the teachers in the toddlers class have been amazing with my little one. Miss Somaya especially but also Miss Ann, Miss Emera and Mss Kennedy. My baby started 4 months ago and even though at the beginning it was hard for her and for me, seeing how the teachers care about her and all the daily activities they have made the transition a lot easier. Apology and Review Introduction: I realize this review is long overdue, but I still wanted to take the time to share my experience to ensure that other parents are informed. If your child's safety is important to you, I would strongly advise against enrolling at KinderCare – Eisenhower location. This facility suffers from high staff turnover and an apparent lack of proper training. My daughter started at this daycare in March 2024, and in the beginning, everything was wonderful. The center director at the time, Ms. Jamie, made us feel incredibly welcomed, which was especially important as this was our daughter’s first daycare experience. After Ms. Jamie, another director, Ms. Victoria R., briefly took over but quit on her first day, stating that the families were “too much.” To be honest, we were relieved—she was very rude to parents. I love this center so much all the teachers and administration are so helpful. They are always willing to help answer questions and give me wonderful information as far as her growth and development is concerned. They are very involved in her day to day development.

I am happy about the progress that my child has made at Eisenhower. He is growing so fast! My child loves Ms. Tiffany, Ms. Briana, Ms. Lulu, and Ms. Nicole and he loves telling me what he has learned throughout the day.
