Terrible service , some staff are rude and speak down to you. Don't have people skills . Or speak clearly over the phone or leaving messages when they finally answer . I've been there and heard the phones ringing, they are standing around chatting. No care at all for customers.

They are so rude and incompetent. I’m surprised they haven’t been sued for medical negligence. The front counter staff are awful and don’t know what they are doing most of the time.

Very disappointed with the way my appointment was handled. I was only 10 minutes late and was told my appointment was cancelled and I was charged $60. I understand being on time is important—but I’m always punctual, and even then, I’ve had to wait 30–45 minutes past my scheduled time in the past. It’s frustrating to see the policy applied so one-sidedly. Patients deserve the same respect for their time that is expected of them.

I visited Health Hub Doctors Morayfield on June 20, 2025, and was seen by Dr. Ehsan Omidian. I presented with clear symptoms of chronic stomach pain and acid reflux, but was prescribed an antibiotic (Cephalexin) that was completely inappropriate for my condition. After taking the medication, my symptoms worsened. I later saw another doctor who told me the antibiotic was not suitable at all and could have caused further irritation.
