I did not read the review when make appointment and regretted. On time arrival and wait 30 min, asked and was told appointment time is not consultation time. Waited an hour and yet to reach my turn. Give up.

I would give zero star if possible. Extremely long waiting time even I have arrived on time for appointment. Doctor is impatient, not genuine and super money minded. Clinic charges unreasonably high. I will not recommend their service.

The treatment results for my hair loss were okay, it works, unlike other places that will waste your time and money. I believe I have only consulted and seen the doctor once at the beginning of the treatment, afterwards it was handled by the assistants and information was relayed thru them. I did not like the attitude of the team assistants. Altho the treatment itself was fine, their attitude to you depends on their subjective opinion of you, unprofessional and inconsistent, I didnt pay money to be forced into a popularity c... read more
