After multiple emails inquiring about the status of our return, I learned that it was filed without our signatures or knowledge so we had to pay penalties because we were unaware of money being due. There were also multiple mistakes in two returns and when told about the errors, she became extremely rude, called me “crazy” and hung up on me.
