I had a good experience originally but I have tried to contact the firm several times about something new and have been left on read for months. I reached out again and was met with a very short and vague response, and when I replied, again it was left on read. Went almost two weeks ago in person to ask if they could help me I was told they would they copied my paper work and I’d hear back from her in 48 hours never heard back called got the run around two different times explained it has prolonged so long that I only have two days left to respond and the reply I got was “here’s another lawyer to call” I understand things happened bc no notice was so not appreciated.
You always hear stories about law firms that are slow to respond, never return you calls/emails, etc. Well, this is NOT the case with Eiland Law, LLC. Whitney, Janet and Savannah were great! They handled our estate closing with ease and professionalism. Communication was unparalleled and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
