I’ve worked with this tax preparer since 2013, but recent service has been inexcusable. I was ignored for weeks despite urgent inquiries. When I provided written instructions to update my payment details on 4/10, she disregarded them. Worse, she only contacted me on the morning of 4/15—after she had already scheduled an unauthorized $1,250 withdrawal from my old account.
