I was in Charlotte for Labor Day weekend with the intention of going to a day party; however, when I arrived, was not feeling the vibe or atmosphere. I left and went to another spot downtown but the parking was difficult and viewing the crowd on the patio, decided to keep going. They don't serve food later in the evening during the jazz segment. I love the vibe and the musical acts that perform here. It's a moody, soulful and welcoming vibe. The owners and staff are friendly and attentive.
I go this this spot at least 4 times a month. Always a great vibe, perfect place for live jazz.
Outstanding venue and customer service!!! I had questions about the seating chart online and i kept calling the number they had on their website and it would not ring, it would just do nothing. I called several times and kept having the same issue. I went to their website and sent an email, and within 30 minutes Nathan the General Manager called me.
