Complete thieves, stay away from these terrible people who will try and steal your property if they get a chance. Former owner was fair to customers by sending texts to advise payment coming due. This robbery group who own other robbery shops hope you are a day late so they can try and steal your property. PLEASE tell everyone how they rob senior citizens.
Totally run by thieves, business would always send a text if your payment is due. I kept my $2000 ring there for safety. Pawn amount was only $20. Only kept there for safety. New owners decided to stop advising customers of payment due. I came in 2 days late and was forced to wait 2 weeks before I could get my ring back. They robbed me of $300 to return my ring which they also damaged. Please go elsewhere.
