SO RUDE! We came in to check out eherbz.. we have been customers for years and truly missed it while they were closed. Now you get yelled at by some AI lady the moment you walk in the door. Incredibly off putting. Next we wanted some teas we use often. None of the teas we use are there anymore. Truly disappointing. While looking around we found expired product as well. Lucy greeted us as soon as we walked in. She was very helpful even though she was also stocking up the shelves. When we were ready to check out, there is a tiny bell you can ding to let them know. Its a big store with a bunch of different items that I needed at home, i also bought cute air fresheners that was shaped as the Michigan Mitten for my car. Don’t miss this hidden gem when you come to Birch Run. Definitely Recommended!
