The e-HACCP 24/7 on-line training was for me an effective way of learning the latest norms and FDA rules regarding ways of preserving different food from contamination. The tools which were provided , such as the HACCP plan for example, are pragmatic and we can use them easily for our own production specificities. I recommand their training if you want to quickly learn the basics of HACCP to efficiently organize your food processes.
