This HACCP course was engaging and informative. I loved the quizzes at the end of each chapter. It’s a good way to refresh your mind and test your knowledge. It’s also a good way to see whether you need to review the chapter further before proceeding. I also really appreciated the extra links and visuals that were provided and are accessible to you whenever needed. I enjoyed the online feature because it lets you take the course at your own pace. Definitely worth it.

I just completed the HACCP course for food processing and manufacturing. It was a very very good course that allowed me to learn at my own pace. Highly recommend. A lot of information that you can take with you and your career. I will be enrolled in other courses for sure.

The training was clear and concise, instructions allowed you to learn and retain information to pass the quizzes and final exam. Was able to learn new information on auditing that will be useful in my career.

I took the course on Food Storage and Distribution. This is a great refresher course and I have already recommended it to a co-worker and a client who is looking for training at one of their new facilities. I am giving it 4 stars due to it not having exercises that offer a scenario with step by step examples of filling out the Hazard Analysis or process preventive controls. They have some examples in the resources section, but not something that would have helped me if this had been my initial training with limited HACCP k... read more
