I had a great experience with Mark at Egoscue. He really took the time to understand my complete medical history and where exactly my pain was. He thoroughly walked me through all the exercises, providing helpful feedback to make sure each one is as effective as possible. I have found every exercise he gave me to be useful, and my low back pain has improved every day since I have seen him.

Mark was very knowledgeable and took the time to really listen to what I was experiencing instead of rushing through the appointment. He set me up with stretches that I can do at home to help with my chronic neck pain and address the underlying issues contributing to it. Great experience overall.

I was very impressed with Mark and all that Egoscue has to offer. I feel so good after doing a few simple exercises. Mark is very good at listening, explaining, and making adjustments. I would highly recommend this to anyone in pain AS WELL AS to anyone who would like to improve their posture so as to feel and function better at all stages of life.
