I had a fantastic experience at this bike shop! They have a great selection of e-bikes, with plenty of models to choose from. The staff were extremely informative, answering all my questions without any pressure. I especially appreciated the safe, spacious area where I could test ride the bikes for as long as I wanted—it made it so much easier to find the perfect fit. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore e-bikes!
Great owner and staff brought my bike over when they had the clermont location and owner adjusted my brakes for free because it was dangerous to ride needed it for school he looks out for the kids
My husband and I just got our Velotric Electric Bikes. We are thrilled not only with the bikes but, also with the service we received from EGO Depot in Groveland. We took several test drives before we decided on the Velotric Brand. I got the Breeze and my hubby got the Discover 2. This is the place to go if you are looking for an electric bike. They will take great care of you from the beginning to the end.
Fantastic place!!! Customer Service Amazing!! These wonderful ladies did an amazing job with their team to get my son’s bike ready in a day … wow plus she told me a week at the latest if i could give 10 stars i would! Thank you again and will see you all again on my next repair!:)
