We went to Ego Depot looking for e-bikes. We test drove the velotric and ended up ordering two. They held our bikes for a few weeks until we got back to Florida which was unexpected and awesome. Great customer services and we highly recommend Ego Depot!!

The best e-bike company!! I bought my bike here two years ago and was able to ride multiple bikes to make an informed decision about my bike purchase. I just got a flat tire and E-Go went above and beyond to replace my tire. They also looked over my bike and did some adjustments at no charge. All employees are so kind and knowledgeable. Buy your e-bike here!!!
I had no prior ebike experience when I came into the store and I was very happy with the entire process. I was allowed to test ride different bikes, Ken and Deb were very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. When I picked up my bike they made sure it was perfectly adjusted to me and I knew what I needed to get started.
Took my bike in yesterday and they fixed my handlebar problem so fast that they didn’t charge me. I have been there a couple of times and they are great on all e-bikes Brand doesn’t matter
