Will be renting here from now on. Another company did not have a vehicle for us, and failed to let us know until we were scheduled to pick up (this had been scheduled WELL in advance). This really put a damper on our vacation. A friend recommended getting a rental here. They were the ONLY place that had any availability that day! Staff was very friendly! My family really appreciated the time they took to get us a last minute rental. 10/10 customer service. Thanks again!!!!
Tried to call several times, they never answered the phone nor do they have a way to leave a message. Tried calling from 1pm through 4pm sept 30th over ten times. Went with enterprise.
Reasonable rates, convenient location, hassle-free rental services. 4-stars only due to parking at the location. It’s very crowded and not a lot of space to park/back-up, etc. Otherwise, the experience was better than most rental services, and I will be using them again.
