Horrible HORRIBLE customer service. I lost my debit card then a couple days later found it and when I called to have it turned back on they asked if I had used the card the previous day and when I said “no it was turned off” they said “well if you can’t tell us if you used it we can’t turn it back on and need to send you a new one.” Which would be fine but it takes upward of a month to get the new card. I wish I could give them a minus grade. my mother left several of her kids CD'S after her passing and it is next to impossible to collect the monies, I suspect that loaned it to another customer. which is what they do with your money invested in a CD. I am so grateful she doesn't have to know this. in particular a lady named Talluya, very poor customer service skills.
