Disappointed that Vicki could not do her job on Friday when I called to do a wire transfer to my son. She told me that wire department was closed down and that I would have to call back on Monday. Thats not true because when I called today spoke with Brooklyn who told me wire department was closed down at 3p but she got all my information to send out the next day.
