I have spent 4 days and worked with 4 different associates to help me get a PAL unused car loan turned Check Inleiu of for a car we found. Julie,Danielle, TJ, and Beth did everything they could especially on a busy Friday to make sure I had everything I needed to pick up the car the very next day of Saturday. Everything went perfect and as smooth as could be hoped for considering the amount of hoops I gave them to jump through. Thank you so so much everyone at the credit union for taking care and putting up with me!
this bank caused nothing but headaches for the less than year we used them. simple tasks were made exponentially harder for literally no reason. I recommend not ever banking with EFCU.
This Bank Location has been here in Crestview for many many years. Always have great employees and customer service. Remain in Crestview another 25 yrs.
