I have been banking with Eglin for almost ten years. I will forever bank with this branch for their great car loans, and mainly Terri Joe or TJ! I remember when I was 19 and struggling to get a car loan and she walked me through the whole process. I’ve since gone back and gotten two more cars because of her! Always thankful for her help and advice!

The tellers are always nice and helpful. The service desk reps and people I've seen with an office have all treated me with what can best be described as contempt and disdain just for being there and asking for help. This alone has made me not recommend others to join this bank. I have not felt welcomed or valued by this company. I get misgendered every time I speak with someone and called the wrong name through every single interaction.
