I just called and selected option 4, Member Services to inform them that the ATM located on John Sims near Niceville High School has been down for several days. The person I spoke to said I am sure they are aware of it being down so I asked to speak to the person in charge of ATM’s. She would not connect me to that department but she would let them know. I persisted and then she said she would call the department while she put me on a brief hold. She then told me that the machine was down because it had been struck by lighte... read more
ATMs are always broken and staff is extremely rude. If you have a choice, bank somewhere else.
