I found the card pin reset service which is a recorded voice asking various things: 1) It is too fast with not enough time allowed for senior fingers to tap in numbers, before it says it doesn't understand and denies further service. 2) It doesn't explain right away how to enter the expiration date with double digits for month and year (like 03/27) Since my phone keyboard has no /, I struggled trying to figure out how to enter before "the voice" denied me further service. 3) It took SIX tries just for me to get the card numb... read more
I came in this evening on a very delayed visit.. I have been putting it off because finance talk really stresses me out sometimes and I feel like I have trouble fully comprehending When I walked in, I was greeted politely with the staff at the front desk. They checked me in and within two minutes I was already being assisted by Ms. Rebecca Leurini. She was so polite, friendly, and beyond helpful! Locks card without warning, no customer service after hrs . Very inconvenient
These cashiers are so rude and hateful to people it’s not right to treat people like this. Me and my daughter are on an account together and my daughter brought her payroll check Tuesday to get it cashed and the lady at the window deposited her check and put a hold on it for two days and cause me a to have to pay a overdraft fee and late fee. All my daughter needed was her check cashed and 100. Deposited and the lady gave her 100 and put the rest of f her check on hold…. Now how sweet was this lady to treat my daughter this ... read more
