I have been using Eglin since I was 14. My first ever checking account! I have used many other banks commercially, and none have ever lived up to the hometown feel of Eglin Federal. I have had vehicle loans, and personal loans through them- all with the best interest rate. I do believe they are the kind of business where your credit needs to be top notch to be considered for lending- but I can also appreciate that. Lee at the front desk is always so friendly, and helpful. This will be my children's first bank as well!
Rose and Lee were exceptionally helpful! They walked me through the process of paying off a loan using a debit card. Find them, and your problem will be solved!
No consistency. One day I can the next day I can’t. Maybe get everyone on the same page.
Having you as a bank for over 25 years and every time, it does not fail. I bring a check in and it’s like hell freezes over that I have a larger then your normal check to put into my account. Every time you say, well we have to put a hold on it for 3 days. Yesterday I was questioned as if I was trying to cash a fake check. It clearly stated it’s from the treasury and cashing from our TSP account. Then she said well I’m going to have to put a hold for 2 days. What if I wanted to just cash it?
