Eglin Federal Credit union in Navarre needs to look at their ATM machine. I deposit some cash and it spit out one of the $50 bills that I deposited it. I brought it into the bank. The Filipino teller not certain And told me it was a counter fit and confiscated it . I’ve have made probably 6 or 7 deposit as time goes after that incident and again it keep on spitting out one of the $50 bills that I deposited. I opened a new savings and checking acct today and was assisted by the customer-friendly Ms. Marina Fine. She was very responsive to my queries and was helpful in providing additional vital info about the services they provide. She was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and quick. The transaction only took a few minutes which was favorable to me. The banking experience is highly recommended.
I have been using Eglin since I was 14. My first ever checking account! I have used many other banks commercially, and none have ever lived up to the hometown feel of Eglin Federal. I have had vehicle loans, and personal loans through them- all with the best interest rate. I do believe they are the kind of business where your credit needs to be top notch to be considered for lending- but I can also appreciate that. Lee at the front desk is always so friendly, and helpful. This will be my children's first bank as well!
