I used the ATM outside the branch by Temple Fitness in North Crestview. The machine shorted me money. I even stood in front of the ATM camera holding up the cash to show exactly what happened, with the date and time clearly visible. Since it was after hours, I called the next morning, but the call was no help at all. When I went to the branch, I assumed the location with the ATM (and its cameras, along with the front door cameras) would be able to help. Instead, I was treated as if my proof meant nothing.
