I have been banking here for over 20 years. I will never go anywhere else. All the workers are very friendly and are able to answer any questions you may need! I have had a few times where my card was being "hacked" and they called to ask if it was me trying to use my card. Love the interest rates if you ever need a loan this is a great place to start!
I want to thank the staff at EFCU Crestview (north branch) for their exceptional customer service. This location, as with others, always provides a friendly, cheerful environment. EFCU employees, such as Angela and Kim in particular, are the zenith of professionalism and courtesy.
