Very friendly staff!!
been a member for 43 years...never had this this kind of bad treatment by an EFCU staff member. we usually deal with Eglin or South Crestview branches n occasionally the FWB HQ. the staff member at North Crestview was rude, gave out bad information on two areas n continued to be rude as I walked out. this was frustrating. seem to be making up stuff as she went. wasn't professional n top it off she was training a new person. this happened a week ago on 2 May. want going write a review...suggestion that she gets RETRAINED. of ... read more
