I can’t emphasize enough how wonderful our experience has been. The pairing was efficient, and we were even pregnant within 6 months. Not only were the coordinators able to answer every question that we had throughout the process, they answered the questions that we didn’t even know to ask. Meg, Lauren and Whitney were supportive, reassuring, and made me feel very comfortable from start to finish. Thank you!!

I’ve donated 2 times with this company. And each time they were amazing! The whole process was super easy and they are SUPER supportive and communicative along the whole process. EDS doesn't act in good faith. They're taking advantage of a very, vulnerable underrepresented customer base, and they've lost sight of their core mission. They're allowing their own egos to get in the way of creating solutions. They lack transparency. Cost estimates are confusing & different portions of the funding amounts were in different documents (See below their reference to 3 docs). I had a great experience with EDSS! I felt cared for throughout my journey and have nothing but good things to say. They are thorough and have excellent communication. They are also always available to answer questions. I would absolutely recommend this agency to others.
