The product is of exceptional quality. The customer service and delivery experience was outstanding. Highly recommended
Took 2 months to receive my order as they were out of stock at Christmas time. That’s fair enough but I was having to email them multiple times for updates as they just didn’t provide any. When I finally received my cushion I was disappointed with the quality. The cushion honestly reminds me of a dog bed, poor quality and not very comfortable. Definitely wouldn’t have bought this if I knew what I would be receiving.
The order/delivery was fine, the product however was faulty. The pole was rusty beneath the paint, bubbling up in various spots. Luckily it was noticed by my partner assembling it. Contacted company who initially offered a free cover and said...quote... "Many customers choose to resolve this quickly with a light sand and a rust-proof spray paint from Bunnings, which restores it perfectly and avoids any waiting time."
