As a former client, I would advise against using their services. Things were done accurately, but as a smaller client of theirs the treatment is 2nd rate and you will simply be forgotten. That's the honest truth for you.
I really appreciated the transparency and professionalism of Linda, Emily and Tom, who took time to let us know which steps to follow to resolve a notice with the IRS. They confirmed to us that we had the proper understanding of the situation, and encouraged us to take the matter in our own hands instead of using their services, thus saving us $1,000 while they had little to gain in return, save for a potential future customer.
