I had an excellent experience working with Paul Caputo at EG Tax! Be warned..EG Tax has updated there booking software..not for the better...any online appointments may or may not be valid. For 6yrs I've had no problem, but with an appointment I'm a "walk-in" ...

Filed with Charles Hewitt last year of EG Tax. As a BTF teacher, in 2023 we had a very unusual year for taxes. Charles was competent, professional, respectful, and honest.
I'm sad to write this review, but I feel it's necessary. I had been using EG for my tax returns for eight years, but last year I had a very bad experience with the older gentleman who handled my case. If you are an Uber or Lyft driver, I would not recommend this place. He rushed through my tax preparation without providing any explanations afterward. While I was still there, he picked up another call to assist another client. The charges were $270. I will never be coming back.Good luck everyone in this year.
