Be warned..EG Tax has updated there booking software..not for the better...any online appointments may or may not be valid. For 6yrs I've had no problem, but with an appointment I'm a "walk-in" ...

Filed with Charles Hewitt last year of EG Tax. As a BTF teacher, in 2023 we had a very unusual year for taxes. Charles was competent, professional, respectful, and honest.
I'm sad to write this review, but I feel it's necessary. I had been using EG for my tax returns for eight years, but last year I had a very bad experience with the older gentleman who handled my case. If you are an Uber or Lyft driver, I would not recommend this place. He rushed through my tax preparation without providing any explanations afterward. While I was still there, he picked up another call to assist another client. The charges were $270. I will never be coming back.Good luck everyone in this year.
