I had a pretty good experience here. Elizabeh was a great preparer. I paid $155 for a not-that-difficult process but I could get a great refund thank to them.
Tax professional had no idea what she was doing, had to correct her errors multiple times. Not only with math but where she was putting things. Was filing my personal mortgage information under a business form and told her it was a personal residence not a business and Insisted she was right multiple times. Eventually had to request the manger as we were there over two hours at that point. 0/5 is my actual review. Praying my taxes were done right.
