Very expensive. Gave me paperwork to send estimated tax to NY state for EE Savings Bond. WRONG! You don't pay NY tax on them. You pay Federal Tax.

I have very mixed feelings here. The website says starting at $65 to file your taxes. However, when I called to ask, I got quoted $165 to $177, so I made an appointment because that's still okay knowing my situation. Go in for my appointment with Tom, and I felt rushed and as if he wasn't prepared for my situation. Don't get me wrong, he was so friendly! But he couldn't finish it then because he had another appointment to get to, finally the next week we go again to sign and finish it when we are told it will be $260 now or ... read more
