I’ve been coming to EG Tax since I've needed to file my taxes. Today I witnessed some CREATURES in the waiting room, including an older gentleman throw his pen and clipboard at the woman in front. She handled it professionally and with grace. I’ve never had a bad experience with this business, I’ve gone to a variety of accountants with them over the years and they’ve all been so helpful. Took me in last minute on April 14th.
Everything went fine until the preparer shared, unprompted, his political views and thought I would agree. I remained silent. Not professional. Very disappointed
My mom always comes here to do her taxes yearly but we found out Mr. Johnson messed up her taxes last year and she owes over 700 dollars that she is now responsible for. I'm really disappointed in this company and it's like they don't care. They are supposed to be professional and this is far from that. I will be filing a complaint. I feel they should at least reimburse her for the tax preparation charges from when Mr Johnson did them. It is not right to do this to people.
