Shannon was very helpful in walking me through questions and concerns of mine!
Can not be trusted with important documents. They lost my husbands and sons social security cards... they claimed they were not lost just at the home office. We had to call several times just to find out they were “thrown away” claiming that they “throw envelopes out all the time”. I’ve never had an issue here but this incident was a HUGE red flag.
Knowledgeable staff, reasonable pricing, a positive overall experience.
