Called a while back to set up an appointment to get my taxes done. Thought I was all set, even took a day off work to get them done. Had to put in for a vacation day to get them done which got approved from my boss. The day before my scheduled appointment they called to cancel my appointment, so not only did I not get my taxes done, I ended having too loose a vacation day because they called me late afternoon and my work day was completed. I would not recommend. MARY WEST ONE OF THE TAX PREPARERS was very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL She hung up the phone on me. She Made my appointment in Warsaw, when I live in batavia. Why would I schedule my appointment in Warsaw when I live in batavia and I'm disabled. Then she told me I had to reschedule my appointment that day after I CALLED TO CONFIRM MY APPOINTMENT ALL because she doesn't know how to schedule appointments correctly! She also hung up on me when I told her this. It's common sense obviously something she don't ... read more
