Good one
The staff are rude and dismissive (referring to the male staff, especially the older male working there as so far the lady working there has actually been pleasant), their scanning machine is constantly not working - don't send your parcels here or you'll wait for them to fix their machine before you can collect it.
Went there with my mum today to change a calor gas cannister. The guy who came out refused to help us carry the old one out or put the new one into the car. A very rude man as well as very unhelpful. We will certainly not be parting with money in this place again.
