Update: Because of the EFS greater than 100% price hike, I used EzyTax in a shopping centre concourse. Fifteen mins for my 10 simple documents (5 of them charities—how hard). They charged half what EFS now want. Based on the time my return took, the EFS rate equates to $1000/hr. I'm so glad they priced me away. They took over my trusted Hornsby tax agents of many years. Knew it would end badly. Ok for a couple of years then, without telling me, they upped the charge for my simple tax return by 110%. I protested so they charged me as in previous years but said that future minimum cost will 110% more. Too rich for me. So, after more than twenty years I've been priced off. Be sure, if you are small, you are not also being priced off.
Not only helped with the refinance of my loan promptly and efficiently - but constantly kept it at a competitive rate proactively as a high caliber of customer service. I ended up utilizing their other financial services because it was much more effective to have it streamlined through a single communication pathway that integrated all three options.
