The assistant of this attorney that works here, the assistant, she is very rude lacks customer service. She refused to take on my husband‘s case. She was very unprofessional. She didn’t bother to hear out my case and honestly, she must not like her job. I’m trying to get in contact with the actual attorney because the assistant doesn’t know what she’s talking about. I just got off the phone with her today at 3 PM, March 5, 2026. She isn’t bilingual, she only understands Spanish.
