Took advantage of the deal for hotel guests and paid £15 for an hour, really enjoyed the facilities. Staff were very friendly, overall the spa was very clean and had a lovely peaceful vibe. Nice little lounge with tea and coffee to relax afterwards
This spa was a total waste of time we was literally in the for half an hour there was a steam room with no steam init and a sauna that was literally like a warm day on holiday, they refused to turn it up with there cop out being for health and safety reasons, saunas are ment to be hot that’s the whole point of them. In concern to health and me working in the health industry I know that the health benefits of a sauna start at 80 to 120c it’s just a total cop out so they don’t have to pay the electric bill. Staff are lovely, facilities themselves are good but need to be cleaned more regularly
This spa is fantastic I use it 2-3 times a week the lady’s at the spa are always polite,happy and always welcoming the day pass option is fantastic and offers a great range of facilities for a small price of just £25. The only downside to it is they don’t offer memberships but I suppose that’s protecting the facility from ever being over crowded.
