Simone was absolutely fantastic! It was the best facial I have had! I highly recommend when visiting sedona to go out of your way for a treatment at this spa.

Outdated, and the towels feel like sandpaper. They need to clean house as some of the staff have been there far too long and it shows in their attitudes. There are some good MT and Esty, Malik and Simone in particular. I keep reminding myself that this is the only pool that is both year round and adults only. That is the biggest selling point for this place in my opinion. If not for that, I would go surely elsewhere.
No services were provided because the Spa reception team cannot follow reasonable requests. The appointment was booked well in advance of our stay. I asked for a female therapist and the spa scheduled me with a male. Moreover, they couldn’t provide a female therapist within the remainder of our stay. (One spot was open and it was during our dinner reservations for the evening) I was looking forward to a relaxing afternoon and got nothing. I also have to echo how old and unkempt the spa is.
