Rude front desk. Mid spa services at actual good resort prices. Restaurant is pure swill.
Couples massage with Kim and Tana was amazing! My wife and I were blown away. They were undergoing a renovation but honestly it was set up nicer than most other places we have been! They converted a hotel suite into a couples suite but again it was actually a step up from most places we have been. Staff was very helpful and professional. Highly recommend!
Wow. I had the most wonderful experience at the spa today. They let me spend time at the resort pool which was so relaxing. The spa was undergoing renovations so I was worried I wouldn’t have the Spa “feel” - I have to say, Misty at the front desk is absolutely a doll. She welcomed me in and walked me to the resort pool- was very social and friendly. Then I had my massage with Janet. Now- it out in perspective- I am a massage snob. I get massages every month. James provided a wonderful massage service that was very tactical in addressing my pain in shoulders and neck due to a recent injury. I would highly recommend him. He is more than just a masseuse. He is taking a medical approach to how he provides the treatment. If you need a massage and are in the Las Vegas area we're staying at the Hilton I would highly recommend him.
