Huge thanks to the amazing and kind Eforea Spa reception team and my talented therapist - they all made us feel so welcome and relaxed. My therapist melted away all my travel fatigue; she knew exactly where to apply the perfect pressure, and I honestly didn't want the massage to end. My partner also had the two - hour Spring Package and absolutely loved it. - he said he's already planning to book again next year. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Queenstown!!
I had an amazing 90-minute treatment. My therapist was fantastic, and the receptionist was equally welcoming and professional. The facility was excellent, with a calm and quiet atmosphere since there weren’t many people around. I would highly recommend this place
Very disappointing experience for what's meant to be a 5-star spa. I booked a 90-min massage for my birthday and was told the next morning they could accomodate 30 minutes after my requested time. I replied to confirm within 30 minutes, only to be told all slots were suddenly full. I called five times — no answer. I recently booked a deep tissue massage with high hopes of relieving muscle tension, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of my expectations. Despite requesting a firm, therapeutic pressure, the therapist’s technique was surprisingly soft—more akin to a light Swedish massage than the deep, targeted work I needed.
