Emailed with my complaint regarding the 2hr treatment spa day with my mum and I as a birthday treat. Not heard anything back so posting it here. Long story short I had 2 complaints. One was the kitchen area opened half an hour later and the false advertising of a 2 hour treatment when it was actually 1 hour 30 mins. Even provided email evidence of what was advised to us. I visited here for a self care spa afternoon with a 50min cocoon treatment. It was super relaxing and nice from start to finish. Pretty much had the place to myself which was mid-week and everything worked (steam, sauna etc) which it's not previously which was a pleasant surprise. There could be more music played throughout the spa in my opinion. Though what is played in the relaxation room and the treatment rooms is lovely. They offer water and tea also, complimentary. Had a wonderful massage treatment here recently. The therapist really helped my sore neck and aching shoulders. I was impressed with the spa's cleanliness and hygiene. Will definitely return here again for another treatment soon.
A fost o confuzie totala cu acest spa. Initial am programat de astazi, pentru miine, o procedura, apoi am observat o alta oferta la ei pe pagina si am bronat celalt pachet, insa cind am vrut sa’l anulez pe primul, pentru a evita taxarea dubla, deja era imposibil pentru ca era conditia sa anunti cu 48 ore inainte, eu insa aveam programarea pentru ziua urmatoare.
