I can’t recommend this shop enough. Eric and Sierra went above and beyond to help us secure a last-minute e-bike reservation for my dad and me. They made time for us outside of their normal business hours just to make sure we were taken care of and ready to ride. The level of accommodation and genuine helpfulness was incredible. If you’re looking for a shop that truly cares about its customers, this is it. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
LOVE this Ebike shop! Eric, Susan, Sierra, and the rest of the team are so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Eric has made a real effort to stock some of the best, most reliable, and most affordable Ebike brands on the market, providing super high quality rides at significantly lower prices than most of the competition. I have now bought 2 bikes here and couldn't be happier with my choices. It is also so helpful to have a repair shop that can locally work on the bikes for long term maintenance.
My $2000 ebike was clearly not assembled or checked by an expert.
Highly recommend! Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced.
