I can’t say enough good things about Eric and his team. I brought in a used e-bike that had a handful of issues, and instead of brushing me off or pushing unnecessary parts, they took the time to truly diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix the root problems. I went in to drop my ebike off for repairs and they were awesome! I told him what I thought the problem was and he seemed to know exactly what it was! I told him to fix whatever was wrong with it and I believe he will! I'd definitely come back again once it's fixed no doubt! Now I'm just adding to this post over 2yrs later and my ebike is still working!!!! Thank you guys for everything!!!

First time ever riding an e-bike and Eric and Susan couldn't have made it easier! Knowledgeable, friendly, and great customer service. Great place to rent from if you're a small group taking the trail to Golden for the day (which is what we did). 10/10!
