EFM apartment that is in North Hollywood is full of roaches! Neighbors scratch cars and it takes Frank and Brandon forever to check the cameras to the point that footage are overwritten! Before I evacuate, I ask them to send an inspector! They never sent one, then they billed me for full painting “claiming” I have made lots of scratches everywhere!
