Okay so - Mike has fixed one of my iPhones twice now, and I bought a refurbished one along side that. He is so patient with me but he’s so helpful and works with me every time! Each time has been a pleasant experience. He is our GO-TO for any electronic mishap/replacements. He’s our tech guy for sure! I run a business and have 4 phones operating at any given time, his turn around is so fast and his prices are great. Mike truly exemplifies what it means to go above and beyond in customer service. My mom was visiting from Ohio, and with limited time left on her vacation, her iPhone screen unexpectedly stopped working. While we were on our way to Mt. Rainier, we stopped by to see if Mike could help. Not only did he quickly order the replacement screen, but he had it delivered the very next day.
