Wish I saw these reviews before "upgrading" to Revver. We have been with the service since eFileCabinet many years ago. Day 1 after "upgrading" (paid $500 for this "Upgrade" on top of normal fees) we faced issues with their 2 factor authentication. We immediately recognized the issue and informed Revver support team. They essentially told us they were aware of it and there was no set timeline for a fix. Clicking reset my password button does nothing. How could I trust a company with such low app quality with my secure data.
Beware..I’ve been a client since e-file cabinet…since the transition to Revver it’s all been down hill and the company holds you hostage…hard to stop using and they will charge you at least $500 to convert your own data back to windows directory…not happy any more sadly…does not work as they sell it to you.
Revver is an amazing company with outstanding customer service. We have been with Revver for over 7 years and so far, no complaints. They strive to constantly please their customers!
