Reserved a car Jue 2024 but had to cancel due to a schedule change. Over a week now with NO refund of my $661.00 They answered the phone one time yesterday but won't answer anymore. I called from a friend's phone & they answered but hung up while I was on hold. Shady, shady shady business practice. Be safe & rent elsewhere. These people can't be trusted.
