I’m a real estate investor and needed a mortgage fast, when my regular banker was away. I was told they could get mortgages quickly. The turnaround times (24-48 hrs) on their website aren’t true. It took a week to hear that I would probably need to use a private lender because of the tight timeline. They then didn’t get back to me even though my closing date was approaching.
