Scott's advice was excellent and I was able to work through my shoulder injury with practical exercises that were integrated into my training program. I was able to recover and build strength in my shoulders at the same time. I was particularly impressed that he worked with my PT at ZeroW Brisbane to achieve the best possible outcome for me. I don't hesitate to recommend Scott to my friends who could benefit from a fantastic physio.
Effectus Physiotherapy has been fantastic! My football mad son had a tough year, suffering back-to-back fractures to his arm and then his leg, meaning he spent 8 months on the sidelines. We chose the team at Effectus on a recommendation from a friend and have not been disappointed! Excellent team and physio services. Scott helped me out a lot with rehabilitation for several broken bones in my shoulder. The progress was excellent and it is getting better the more I work with the program.
Very helpful physio! They have helped me cured my neck and back stiff issue, and improved my musel strength. James is so professional and patient, not only answered my many layman questions, but also made quite suitable exercises for my individual situation. (He can speak both English and manderin!) And the admin staffs are also very thoughtful and kind!
