I placed an order for 1 item on May 30th. It's now going on 10:30 PM on June 5th and STILL, I see no signs that my package has been sent. Though they had no problem taking my money right away. My daughter's birthday is on the 10th and what I ordered was to be a very special gift to showcase in her bedroom. I ordered several things from a variety of online sellers on the same day as this order. I've received them all, while the status of my eFairies order remains a mystery. Placed order on March 26th. However, out of an order of 4 items, 1 was refunded, (out of stock) 2 were broken, and 1 arrived safe. Noticed broken ones were only shipped in original packaging from supplier, while the item that arrived safe was reboxed (original box was placed into another box with additional packaging. As per the return/refund policies, I took photos of damage the day they arrived and emailed. (April 1st) no response, tried calling, no response. Emailed again on April 6th, no response.
