Do NOT order anything from this company unless you want to throw away your money. I placed an order on 3/17/20 for a diamondback console....have not yet received product...yet they charged my credit card $112!! All efforts to reach anyone in the company via phone or email have been unsuccessful. I have filed a fraud alert with my bank.
I ordered a power supply for a diamondback exercise bike. There was no mention of it being a combatible cord, so I assumed it was a genuine diamondback power supply. The brand I received is TRIAD. If I had known it was not an OEM part, I would have ordered elsewhere. There are cheaper "combatible" options with great reviews on other sites. I give it 2 starts because it works, but the site is very misleading in its descriptions. If it is not an OEM part, it should say so somewhere in the description.
