I have been working with Adam and neurofeedback for about 6 months. I started working with him because I was struggling with a very busy mind that was showing up in my life through physical manifestations of stress, overthinking, and difficulty staying present. Working with Adam is easy, you just show up to his office, wear the device and relax. Adam knows how the brain works and what areas to focus on with the training. Working with Adam through neurofeedback has been incredibly helpful for me to regain focus and navigate any anxiety that arises from work-related pressures. I am so grateful to have discovered this work. It takes a little while (i.e. a few months) to really feel and see the changes so it takes some patience. Yet, it is so so so worth it.

I visited Adam because I have had chronic sleep issues. After 1 session of brain training, I slept the best I have ever slept in years, and I feel more relaxed in general. He provided a great explanation of how my complex brain works. This type of brain training was completely new to me, but I am so glad I found this. It will be a new tool in my toolbox for sure.

I came to Adam specifically because he was recommended to me by a friend who, although fairly well-versed in neurofeedback himself, lives in Taiwan and knew that I’d be best in the hands of a trained expert. The effects came quickly for me. First off, I got the best sleep I’d had since childhood, and that... read more

When I met Adam I was in bad shape. After my wife ended her fight with mental health, I was immersed in grief. Sleepless nights, high anxiety, crippling depression, and fear I wouldn’t be able to provide consistent, patient love for my three young kids had left me in shambles. I couldn’t remember conversations I’d had earlier that day, my verbal fluency was garbage, virtually every stimulus brought me to tears, and I was completely disconnected from a positive sense of myself. After a couple of months of EEG nuerofeedback co... read more
