EE Ward did a fantastic job with our move across the state. They packed our boxes with care - not a single fragile item damaged and boxes were clearly labeled to make finding items easy. The loading and unloading of heavy furniture went smoothly as well with no damage. All members of the moving crew were highly professional. Definitely will use EE Ward again for our next move.

Exceptional moving experience from beginning to end. I've hired several moving companies in the past, and E.E. Ward is the best. Communication was A+ throughout the process. The movers were friendly and super fast, even demonstrating the correct way to rebuild my bed, which the last moving company botched. I thought I had a minor issue even days after the move, and the company stood by to ensure its complete and satisfactory resolution. Do yourself a favor and hire E.E. Ward for your next move!

The team was very professional. They took care to wrap anything that could be damaged during the move. They lined the floorways with runners to protect the floor. I definitely would use them again.

While I had a poor experience with agent Robert, who became unprofessional during our interactions, I want to acknowledge that the company and its senior managers worked to make things right. Top notch! Absolutely phenomenal customer service and highly recommend. From Robert (sales), Penni (support), Tristin (on-site), and all the movers, we had an excellent experience. Movers were cautious, well-prepared, and courteous. Would use them again.
