I appreciated the in-person estimate that EE Ward offered. The company team, including Shanna and Kim Daugherty, made the entire process easy to follow and stress-free. A big shoutout to Gene Willis and his crew for their hard work — they handled the heavy lifting and moved my stuff between two states efficiently and with great care. They did an excellent job and were respectful throughout the process. I reccomend them all.

EEWard has moved my family members numerous times! Each one was smooth and efficient. The movers are very careful as they pack and work. I feel confident that our possessions are safe with EEWard!

Overall the move went ok, everything seems to have arrived. The pickup was on time and the delivery was on time. Driver was friendly and the crews worked fairly quickly for both loading and unloading. They had to use a shuttle (Uhaul) at the destination and didn't charge extra. Moved from Columbus to Miami. I am knocking off 2 stars because they broke two items. One was a metal floor lamp which is not too big of a deal. The other was a chair the was my Grandmother's and of course cannot be replaced.
