This took place a few days ago: Walked in to ask a simple question about golf. My son is new to the game so I wanted to make sure he was all set for when he started playing. The gentleman was very harsh and rude. I’m not sure if he was the owner but he kept referring to the place as “his store” and how I was taking away from “his customers.” I’m not sure if he taking advantage of the fact that I was a female or uneducated.
As a person extremely new to the game, Alex G was able to help me immensely by allowing me to demo some irons I thought I would do well with based off of my own research, while also examining just TWO of my swings and pairing me with an iron that worked for me far more significantly than what I thought I needed. The staff are very attentive and helpful, Especially Alex G.
