Attentive staff and very helpful. We live two hours away and will definitely be coming back.
I saw one of the employees (or manager/owner, who knows) yell at a young lady parked in the lot to when the entire lot was open. Extremely rude for no reason. Staff should never yell at the general public, especially an older man at a young woman.
Unprofessional staff and very limited customer service. They were arrogant when I asked for help and acted like I was a burden, dress like slobs (guy with a gray man bun was wearing cargo shorts), and were whiny when I wanted clarification. The gray haired man bun guy was trying way too hard to sound tougher than he really was. Got out as quickly as I could. They get a ‘F’ in people skills- no class or respect. Fantastic golf shop. They literally have everything and I love it. J and staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about everything, which is awesome. All I can say is if you need ANYTHING golf wise, they have it.
