Absolutely terrible customer service. From the moment I walked in, the employees were rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. Every time I asked a question, I got short, unhelpful answers, and several employees even seemed to pretend to be busy just to avoid assisting customers.
Great place for all your golf needs.
Absolutely horrible establishment. Dropped a club off to be regripped on a Monday. They said it would be done by Friday. Called a week and a half later to check on it and they told me it was done. Showed up and they said it wasn’t completed. I would suggest to take your clubs to PGA superstore if you need any club modifications. PGA superstore was able to do it in about 5 minutes. Staff is incredibly rude. Especially the heavy set gentleman with long hair. Doesn’t know how to say excuse me. When walking into someone’s personal space.
Called and asked for certain grips and were told they had them in store. Drove over 30 mins to find out they don’t. When I walked in employees acted like I was a nuisance while they all watched FIFA on the tv.
